  • Where are you based?
    We are based in a private home clinic in Crowthorne, RG45 6RY. Full address is provided upon booking.
  • Is their parking available?
    Yes, you will you be able to park on the drive. We do ask that you ensure you are not blocking anyone in. If you are unable to park on the drive there is street parking available right outside.
  • Do you offer consultations?
    Yes absolutely! We will discuss your goals, concerns and any questions you have about specific treatments. Consultation’s are completely free and can be booked online via the website.
  • Is there a minimum age requirement for treatments?
    There is a minimum age requirement for all aesthetics treatments as well as our chemical peel and micro needling facials - you must be 18 years of over.
  • Do I need to prepare before my appointment?
    Avoid harsh skincare products (like retinoids and exfoliants) for a few days beforehand. Stay hydrated, limit sun exposure, and avoid waxing or shaving the day before. Don’t schedule other facial treatments on the same day.
  • What should I do after my appointment?
    Avoid heavy makeup, sun exposure, and harsh products for at least 24-48 hours. We’ll provide specific aftercare instructions based on your treatment.
  • How often should I get a facial?
    For most skin types, a facial every 4–6 weeks helps maintain healthy skin. We’ll recommend a schedule based on your skin’s needs.
